One of the solutions is to use flat tax in order to illiminate loopholes. The thing that flat tax helps it that it helps the economy gain and earn more money by using flat tax. Another thing and way that flat tax can help out people is that for sertain portions of the population like around the lower classes have to pay very little amount of taxes for example if a person made 30,000 dollars a year or less they would pay a very low or no taxes at all. While the wealthier would pay a small persentage more.

We propose different levels of flat tax to be distributed through out the population based on their economic status and needs.
